Farmer Winter Short Courses are workshops designed around the topics our farmers identify as most needed during the respite of winter. Covering both technical and business skills, coursework has included small engine trainings, tool sharpening and welding, soil science, farmland access, farm finances, profitability, seed sovereignty, and federal food safety regulations.
